Anubis' Jaffa commander 1 (Redemption, Part 2) was a male Jaffa in the service of Anubis.
Biography[]
2002[]
He was responsible for capturing and imprisoning Teal'c and Bra'tac. When his Jaffa captured Teal'c and Bra'tac he chose to lead the interrogation of the high value prisoners. The Commander used torture to try and extract information from Teal'c and Bra'tac; however Teal'c wasn't really easy to break.
After a period the Jaffa Commander became frustrated and enraged so much so that he was willing to simply kill the duo right then and there but because he wanted them to see how Anubis would destroy the Tau'ri.
The Commander then revealed that he knew the captured Jaffa arrived on the planet as a party of three and set off to find the third member, Teal'c's son Rya'c. He was later killed when Rya'c attacked him and his Jaffa to free his father and Bra'tac. (SG1: "Redemption, Part 2")
