The Altairan android creator was created by the Altairans so they could create android bodies and transfer their own consciousnesses into those bodies. The androids created by this machine are exact duplicates of the original in the way of emotions, memories, and overall mindset. This was evidenced by the android SG-1 created by Jonis Harlan. The androids, like their human counterparts, didn't feel that they would be able to stay where they were and do nothing except maintain the failing facility. They went out performing their duties as SG-1 does on a daily basis. The Altairan Hubbald was the creator of the machine. (SG1: "Tin Man")
