Captain Alicia Vega was a member of the Tau'ri who was assigned to the Atlantis expedition during its fifth year of operation. There, she became part of Major Anne Teldy's recon team.
Biography[]
2008[]
One of her first known duties as a member of the expedition was to recover Lt. Colonel John Sheppard's team and Major Evan Lorne when they were trapped underneath the rubble of Michael's compound on M2S-445. She helped recover Lorne and Dr. Rodney McKay before Wraith Darts arrived. She managed to shoot down a dart with an M4 assault rifle, possibly the lightest projectile weapon used to bring down a dart. Dr. Jennifer Keller complimented her on her excellent marksmanship. (SGA: "Search and Rescue")
After those events, she was selected by Major Anne Teldy to become a member of her team, along with Sgt. Dusty Mehra, and Dr. Alison Porter. On one particular mission, they went to a planet where they stumbled on one of Michael Kenmore's labs, after which they called in Lt. Colonel John Sheppard and Dr. Carson Beckett for assistance. Later in that mission Vega was attacked and killed by an unknown creature which turned out to be one of Michael's test subjects. (SGA: "Whispers")
