The Acoustic weapon is a defense system on the Sebrus. It broadcasts a high-energy pulse noise at 200 dB around the ship. It drives back most people who attempt to approach the ship. It seems to affect Serrakins far more than humans.
The Sebrus had this weapon installed, the escaped prisoners used this to drive back the Serrakin crew that they had taken control of the ship. (SG1: "Forsaken")
