We know it can't repair extensive brain damage and can extend a normal human's life by 700 years, but what other limits does this technology have? Can it regrow limbs or organs? Can it cure cancer? Autism? HIV/AIDS? Diabetes? Genetic disorders and defects? If a decapitated head fell into it before brain death, would it grow an entirely new body?

I appreciate the answers, I was asking because a friend of mine and I were debating a crossover scenario where Darth Vader would find a Sarcophagus from Star Gate, and could he use it to return to his full power? If it could regrow amputated limbs or grow skin and muscle over his cybernetics.
