Anyway onto your idea of Anubis possibly being killed off via Baal going back in time far enough to kill him, i believe you are indeed onto something here, and it might be the reason why Anubis seemed to not be there or have any presence of existing when Baal first enacted his plan, but something just occurred to me, i believe that Anubis is actually dead in the current timeline and was never Ascended because of your theory here would explain that Baal was able to change history in preventing Anubis from interfering with him as was his plan, then he attempted to change the timeline of preventing earth from knowing about the stargate, which he did successfully within the first timeline, until Cameron came back in time and killed baal, which would mean in the current timeline Anubis wouldn't exist.

The eternal combat scenario within the ascended realm with Oma doesn't seem to exist in this timeline, which begs the question of where Oma is and what she was doing during the events of the Ori invasion and her involvement with the Others.

Another question could be why is Daniel NOT one of the ascended? i mean he should still be ascended in this timeline, because if you folks remember the whole reason why Daniel was descended was all due to him interfering in trying to take out Anubis.

But then again maybe i need to go back even further to understand this, to the events that lead to his death in the first place, maybe in this timeline they don't know about Jonas Quinn because Daniel never dies and never meets Jonas Quinn, or maybe they do meet, but they are given better help via earth in there experimenting with Naquadria so the explosion never takes place?

This is making my head hurt, because now i'm thinking that this whole war with the Ori never happened and they are still alive if this timeline stuff makes any sense.

And if that's the case, then it's also possible that ball did not do this within our timeline which means Anubis is still alive within eternal Combat with Oma and the Ori are all dead and Adria is also an eternal combat with Morgan Le Fay.

And Daniel wouldn't have been able to read or translate the tablet even if we did find the tablet, without his Ascended knowledge, this is very crucial information, because without this knowledge, none of it wouldn't have been possible.

I don't think so, because the only reason that the Asgard killed themselves in the first place was due to the Ori threat, and the weapons platform on Antarctica was only found because of Anubis was our threat which led us to a world that had the specific repository of knowledge on it that O'Neal ended up using the second time around.

Another thing to add, when the SG-1 team came under that weapons treasure cache under Glastonbury or Stonehenge, they found that ancient treasure room that they had to fight and hologram night in order to unlock the treasure, however the book that Daniel discover's, is entirely written in Alteran, which he wouldn't have been able to read if he never ascended with in this reality, in which he wouldn't have been able to figure out on his own.
