If it’s 2021 in the stargate universe right now how many ships do you think they’ve built since 2011(I say 2011 because that was the last year sg universe aired)

I would think the number of active ships would probably be about a dozen, unless the Stargate program became public. Since there is usually little need for more than a dozen ships, I do not see more than that number of ships of class X-303 or higher being constructed. However, if the Stargate program became public, I believe a lot more ships would have been created, possibly nearing the hundreds. Given that there would be multiple new purposes for ships (such as tourism, jobs such as mining, other planets to live on, etc) more ships would have been constructed.
I agree
I would put the number at around 60-70 figuring about 1-2 per year for each of the 5 major earth powers. The Milky Way galaxy alone would take far more ships than that to adequately police against the external threats to earth. That doesn’t even consider what an adequate force to defeat the wraith and secure a permanent foothold in the near by galaxies like Pegasus and Ida would require. I can see a long term drive to raise homeworld commands overall fleet strength to around 200+ ships for the purposes of forward defense.
Space Force!
In universe the date is a bit weird. Because the SGU season two finale, "Gauntlet", takes place exactly one year after the SGU series premiere, "Air". Air takes place in 2009 so Gauntlet takes place in 2010. Also, I think it would depend if they ran into a new alien race. Without alien races I’d say 9-14
What do you think?
