Is it just me, or at 09:17, the Eurondan Stargate looks like a regular Stargate, but lacking in the glyphs inscribed into the inner ring?

I checked the page for this, and there were no goofs listed on the page. So, I'm not sure if I'm just the only one to notice this, or if I'm seeing things incorrectly.
