How do symbiotes heal the host when they don’t move throughout the body?
They might have a way to make & send stem cells (maybe a similar serum, etc) to the injured parts. That with controlling the nervous system, I suppose will focus efforts on healing, & neglect other parts that can wait for a sarcophagi dip.
