I actually find these results strange ironic since I pegged the ME universe to be the one universe that has the best chance of fighting the replicators as opposed to majority of other scifi. So much so that I was on the fence of who I would pick when all the other I picked replicators nearly instantly.
For one they still use projectile weapons. Replicator can absorb energy weapons to the point even energy meant to disintegrate gets absorbed. So the basic ME soldiers can actually stand a chance on the ground.
Next is their technology. Their technology and the materials that make their technology is relatively primitive. That means the replicators that are made from this are more fragile than ones made in other universes. And the more primitive tech would mean a much slower evolution. I mean they'll have a field day when they run across the geth but for everyone else it's going to be very slow. I have to also wonder how much value the reapers are to them since reapers are technically organic in material.
I think this should've been close to a 50/50 split.
